Information Collection

Wilson Learning will only collect personally identifiable information (such as name, title, company name, address, telephone number, or email address) that you voluntarily provide through our website or email correspondence. We will collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to improve our website and better meet your needs. Form submissions on the Americas site are processed by a third party, Salesforce Pardot.

International Transfer of Information Collected

Wilson Learning stores personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide through our website or by email in a variety of countries based on your location. To facilitate Wilson Learning’s global operations, Wilson Learning may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which Wilson Learning has operations, subject to local and international laws. Please note that if you register for a workshop to be held in a different country than you are in, it is assumed that you are granting permission to send your registration details to the office in that country. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if Wilson Learning transfers personally identifiable information to other countries.

Use of Information

The information you supply will be used by Wilson Learning to respond to your inquiries and supply you with requested information on our products and services. The personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide is added to our marketing list and you should expect to receive information on webinars and other sales and marketing correspondence. If you would like to be removed from our marketing list, you can unsubscribe at any point. We will never sell or pass on your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Authorized third parties may be utilized by Wilson Learning to collect, track, and process such information. If you have submitted personal information to us electronically and would like it removed or modified, please contact us at info@wilsonlearning.com and we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request after confirming your identity.
