Client Engagement Managers/Sales Consultants
In this role, he/she is required to serve clients in the Greater China region as a business consultant and strategist. Specifically, to understand clients’ business issue, help clients identify underlying human performance issues, position and sell our performance improvement solutions, and build and maintain win-win business relationships with those clients.
As a Client Engagement Manager, he/she should be a University graduate (MBA a big plus) with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese and has over 5 years direct sales experience in Multinational Corporations. Preferences will be given to those with exposures to HRM, training development functions or HR Consulting firms. Dynamic personality with high self-confidence, result-driven, excellent self management skills are important factors to succeed in this role.
Training Consultants
The key focuses of this position include consulting with clients about their learning and development needs, mapping training and performance improvement solutions, designing & developing curricula and training materials, and facilitating training programs. He/She will work closely with sales consultants as a team partner.
He/she should be a University graduate with around 8 years training & HR development and instructional design experience in Multinational Corporations or specialized consulting firms. High level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, analytical and consulting skills, and experience in delivering training programs are pre-requisite. Prior experiences in leading management level training are preferable.
Contract Facilitators
To be one of the Wilson Learning’s certified facilitators to serve our clients from the list of Fortune 500 MNCs, he/she should have over 10 years working experience focused on certain industry/industries plus at least 3 years management experience.
He/she will need to work closely with our sales consultants in participating sales meetings and presentations as well as conducting program demonstration when necessary. Experienced in applying methods and processes to “real” business and work situation in practical result-oriented ways are required.
As a qualified facilitator, he/she should have excellent communication, listening and questioning skills and high level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. In addition, excellent facilitation and presentation skills coupled with strong consulting capability are also pre-requisite.
Preferences will be given to those who carry high energy level and enthusiasm, have strong sales background and sales management experience or have prior experience in delivering training programs to professionals in the area of Sales, Service, Management & Leadership and/or Individual Effectiveness.
